    Clogged sink
    I used the disposal. Now my sink is clogged. What can I do? Will a chemical work?

    I'm no fan of putting harsh chemicals in your drainage system.
    Remove the "J" bend from the trap and send a snake up into the wall. (see image) You will run i8to a bend about 8" in but once past that you only have to put out 6 feet more. Flush with a sink full of hot water. Good luck, Tom,
