    Birth certificate
    Ok I had a baby in April 09, I was separated with my husband sense 06 the divorce wasn't finalized when she was born... I was with the Father and still is I was told not to put anyone down and to wait till it was finalized so I did and Now no one can tell me what to do now and or help me all we want is to put the father down... on the Birth record...

    In most states if you are still married when the child is born, the husband becomes the legal father unless listed otherwise. You got bad advice and now need to go to court to get an order to change the BC.

    She has Her Fathers last name and No father is listed

    Still have to go to court. A BC is a legal document which usually requires a court order to change

    Talk to a family law attorney.

    That will probably get you further.

    OK, even if you did not list your husband at at that time, in most ( at least many) US states, the husband will legally still be considered the father just because you are married, even if you don't list him.

    Next the bith father can not just be added without going to court and proving he is the father.
