    Joint legal custody and school
My ex-wife and I have legal and physical custgody of our child. She does not work and is capable to pick up and drop off our child on her parenting day. However, she has a habit a sending people that I don't know to pick up our daughter. She gave the school and long list of a people that she called "uncle, aunties, grandparents" of our child; however, I know that they have no relation to her or our child. I did this to upset me. What can I do? I can object to her list and tell the school that I need proof... HELP...

She can designate anyone she wants yto pick up the child. Unless you can prove te person is irresponible or a danger to the child, you have no say in the matter.

What does the child custody agreement say ? But yes others can pick the child up,

I have to ask why is it a issue to you, are any a danger to the child ?

But during her time, unless the court order does not allow, she can have baby sitters, and others to pick child up from school.
