    Is there some mental reason I can't get over my jealousy?
    I honestly don't know how to get over it. I mean, I guess therapy would work.. but I don't think my mom would put me in therapy for being jealous.. I realize that I should take responsibility for it, and I do so well and go so long without being jealous. And then all of the sudden BAM! It just explodes.. it makes me so upset, and unhappy and I just wish I knew what I could physically do to fix it.. please help me.. :'/

    I have has jealousy problems with my girl friend when she started hanging out with other guys, I felt uncomfortable and uneasy about this but honestly its her decision to hang out with who she wants. But that didn't stop my jealousy from pouring out from within me. I then realized that she needs to be her own person I had to step back and realize that it wasen't my place to be jealous.
