    Child Abandonment Charges
Hi there I go to court on the sixth of October. I had a warrant out on me filed by the mother of my twelve year old daughter. It was an abandonment charge. I was bonded out it was a misdemeanor but I want to know what will happen when I go to court because I have paid cs but not through the state and that's where she has me pinned because its not documented. What's going to happen to me?

Bring your proof of payment of support. You will likely be assessed an amount of arrearages that you owe in addition to your current amount which may be modified.
