My realtor rented out my condo while I was in short sale without my permission
Over a year ago, I hired a mortgage consultant to help me sell my condo. He advised me to move out of my home so that it would go on the market. He continued to tell me he had prospective buyers and the condo was in short sale. I just found out that he has been renting out my condo all along without my permission. After repeated attempts to get the truth out of him, he finally admitted that he was renting it. He used the excuse that the bank asked him to place someone in the home to take care of it. I remodeled the home before I left the premises and now the home is destroyed and all of the items I put into the home have been replaced with cheaper and used ones. I never renewed my contract with this realtor, its been a year since I have had a binding contract with him. What do I need to do to get this guy out of my life?

You need to get a competemt attorney and sue his pants off. In addition, he could and should also lose his brokers license over this. Report him to the real estate board at the county level.
