    Condo Rules vs. Landlord Permission
    Hi,
I rent a condo in Florida. The condo association rules state that tenants who are leasing cannot have any other persons living with them. My landlord said the maximum occupancy for each unit is 3 people, and gave me verbal permission to allow my boyfriend to live there. First, I would like to know if his verbal permission overrides their rule? And second, I found no mention in their rules of what would happen should I get married and want my spouse to live there. Can they evict me/us? I would appreciate any help or resources you could link me to. Thanks!

From the condo's I know the association rules over ride landlord so I would check with the association directly.
They may allow him to be added to the lease but not just live there without being added,

First get it in writing, and merely add boyfriend as a resident in agreement with the landlord.

The association can not evict you, they may charge the owner with a penalty for breaking their rules.
