    Money taken
    Not sure if this is the right site,
    My boss has taken money out of my final pay with out my permission. The money is from my teacher registration. According to her I have overspent by $358 an amount that I disagree about. However she has already taken it. Can she do this?

    Well, she did. However, you can file a small claims suit to see if a JUDGE agrees with her. It's quick, cheap and easy.

    You need to tell us more detail about yourself and the position. Are you a teacher in a public school in the USA? Did you submit receipts or requisition forms for the orders?
