My boss has taken money out of my final pay with out my permission. The money is from my teacher registration. According to her I have overspent by $358 an amount that I disagree about. However she has already taken it. Can she do this?

Well, she did. However, you can file a small claims suit to see if a JUDGE agrees with her. It's quick, cheap and easy.
