    Drink lots of water,

    Use lemon and glycerine and rose water mix on your face everyday for an hour then wash..

    Use retin a regularly if possible

    Eat vegetables nad fruit often

    Exercise

    Use milk and lemon and honey mix on your face twice a month...


    Eat lots of oranges and grapefruit and other fruits that contain vitamin c...

    Posssibly apply fresh morning urine on your face... ( this ones grosse sorry but it works )


    There you go... glowing skin for you !

    And yes stay around people who make you feel good about yourself... not around people who try to put you down... your mental framework counts too!

    Lovely ideas.

    And as far as people around you goes, that is so true. I have learnt to distance myself from negative people. I am definitely a giver and will give anyone my time, but in the past, I have found it so draining when around such people. I would hate to change the way I am because of it, so I have made a point of surrounding myself with what I consider good positive energy from like minded people.

    Life is too short for whiners and miserable people.

    Take fish oil pills. And make sure they are tested and are free of mercury
