    Can we file a lien?
Our organization was embezzled for over 100K. The person pled guilty and must pay full restitution, but will not be able to make full restitution during the probation time of 5 years. Is it possible to place a lien on this person's house? Would this be a wise move?
Any information would be very helpful. Thanks!

In order to file a lien you need to get a judgment through a civil court lawsuit first.
