We froze 10 of them, but we don't have the room for the rest plus our other food.

Cook the corn in a pan. Add chopped onion, tomato, onion powder, garlic powder, salt n pepper. It's so good. You can add as much of the ingredients as u want. :)

We have eaten some, no one wants it. That's why it was given to us. We are trying to think of corn dishes to make.

Cut it off the cob and then freeze it, It doesn't take up much room in 'ziplocks' flattened.

You can't can it unless tou have a pressure canner to get rid of the bacteria.

It actually does take up a lot of room, we have other food and we don't have a very large freezer.

We actually do have a really nice canner. I'll do that... DUH! LOL>

Take the tax donation and donate it to a shelter in the area. OR

Peel the husks back remove the stringy stuff; wrap raw bacon aroun the corn and BBQ for 45min, turning every 10min. OMG YUM

Grilled corn is the tastiest with a bit of cayenne pepper and butter... mmmm
I agree, donating will be a great idea for shelters, friends, churches, mosques, and family.

We actually ended up donating it to our friend's wedding that we catered last weekend. We did grill it, it was tasty. And they were happy so that's all that matters.
