My sister gave me her self propelled Toro lawnmower. It had been left outside for a month. Before being left outside, it started perfectly. Now, the only way I can start it is by pouring gas into the carb (through the air filter), I figure there must be an issue in getting gas. I pulled the supply tube that runs from the gas tank to the carb and blew through the hose to clear any blockage, but this made no difference. I can't figure out how to keep it running. Hi,
Could you get the engine numbers? Above the spark plug or muffler usually. Need to know what I am dealing with (4 possible brands of engines.)
