    Adding husbands name to deed that is only currently in wife's name
    How do I add my name to the deed to our house that is currently only in my wife's name?

    Get her to sign a deed to both of you.

    Joint tenancy with the right of survivorship would be one alternative. Default is Tenancy in common in most states.
