    There is a sticky note on the top of this forum that explains how. BAsically you execute a quit claim deed from yourself to yourself and your wife. I would recommend as joint tenants with right of survivorship.

    If there is an outstanding mortgage on the property, you might want to inform the mortgage holder first.
