Receiving child support from jobless out of state mother.
My daughter's mother has been jobless for the last year and a half, and her entire financial portfolio is in horrific danger, being evicted, no vehicle, no insurance, etc. She recently stated she is going to move to CO to live w/ her sister and her brother in-law, she supposidly wants to find a job there. She has no interest in taking our 7 year old nor would I even allow it if it had been brought up. I have been the primary caretaker of the child for the majority of her life, financially and emotionally. What are my options or chances of getting some kind of financial support from her if, and when she finds a job?

I would venture to guess the chance would be somewhere in the range of 100% if you file for it.

Whether she pays or not is a different story.
