    Who gets the house
My name is on the deed of my father's house alone. Before this was done my father made a will leaving his daughter(not my sister) part of the house when he dies .Since he is not on the deed now does this still hold up?

If the deed is in your name alone then your father does not have an ownership interest in the property. If he has no ownership interest then there is nothing for him to will to his daughter.
