    Song from early 90's
    Hello,
    I am looking for a song from the early 90's played on MTV in Europe. All I can remember is that video was shot on beach and it was at night. Lead singer was bald white guy and had some words to it like "some people they are driving to fast.."
    Do not remember too much also in video there I am not sure if lead singer but another bald headed man with a candle melting down on his head. A very relaxing smooth jam.
