Does having a skin tag froze off hurt?
Well OK. I have had a skin tag on my armpit for about one year now and I'm fed up with it. So about 1month ago I went to the docs to ask what I could do about it. She offered to just cut it off right there but I said noway!! And asked if there was another way, she said freezing. So I thought whatever, OK I will do that. But she said she'll have to do it another time. So she said shed call us tell my mom the appointment time and date, but then about 2days ago she called and said it's on the 17th of August! (so soon I know :() but I'm just really worried if it will hurt? Can someone please tell me if it hurts to have a skin tag froze off. Thankyouu. Dani x

Even having a skin tag cut off does not hurt. Having it frozen almost guarantees it won't hurt. Basically it is no more than a pimple.

Nope, doesn't hurt. Having your tongue pierced, though, hurts.

Nope. The only way it might be difficult is if you did it yourself. I have, but it doesn't bother me. I had access to liquid Nitrogen.

Doesn't hurt at all, they freeze it.

I had half my toenail cut off (ingrown toenail) and I didn't feel a thing because of the freezing.

I've also had a mole removed, didn't even know the doctor had done it until he showed me.

    No reason to worry. :)

I hate them, I have had a few cut off and frozen, neither hurts at all and you will feel better once it is gone too. But I have to mention that usually they come back or new ones may appear eventually.

Hurts very little to merely cut it off, and a lot faster,
