The father of my child has supervised visitation, his mother is the superviser and she sleeps while my child is there or she leaves. The environment has been proved to be unsafe.
I went to family court a year ago and it cost me over $5,000. I do not have the money to go again! My child's father has been proved to be unfit and unsafe so he has supervised visitation by his mother. This means his mother has to be with the two of them 24/7! I have sole custody of my 4year old daughter! The dad's mother pays his child support, he doesn't have a job and he walks in and out of her life constintly! He is a bad role model for her and he uses horriable language in front of her and tells her lies all the time! I do not want my child there but I have to let him have visitation. My child has told me on several accounts that her grandmother leaves her alone with her father, which is illegal. I have gone to pick my child up and the grandmother be asleep and my child's hair and teeth haven't been brushed and she had ate junk food all day! I do not know what to do?

You need to gather all your proof and take it back to court.

Would I have to hire a lawyer again? Or could I just report it? And all I have is my word I don't have any proof besides my little girl telling me and me seeing her sleep when I pick my little girl up.

You will need more proof than just your word. The court has to deal with complaints all the time... you need a much stronger case. Then take it in to court. You can hire a lawyer if you want help building your case.

You can take him back to court and request someone else to supervise.
Why is there supervised, and why was not a non invovled third party not used.

The only way its going to work is to have solid evidence. You will most likely need to hire a private detective so they can witness her leaving while the child is there. If she is sleeping there is nothing you can really do about it. If anything should happen is when she might be charged with neglegence.
