    Violating supervised visitation
    My "husband" has a son with a women whose oldest daughter told her guidance counsler at school that her mother is a drug addict. Department of social services is now involved, and the "women" is supposed to have supervised visitations with their son. She is NOT following the rules. What can he do, and what will happen to "her"?

    If your "husband" has a son with a women, and that women has visit rights, does that mean the child is living with you?

    Who is the child living with and if not with you, why not ?

    But if she is suppose to have supervised visits and is having unsupervised vists report her, if you have the child, just don't let her visit
