    Pay Asset Acceptance before mortgage will be approved by 8-27-09
    I have signed a contract to sell my house and buy another house closing date is 8/27/09. To get the loan I must get the $3,300.00 debt from SWB (South Western Bell ) cleared which requires dealing with Access Acceptance. The guy keeps bringing up a Bank One charge from 1994 for a truck repo. $17,000.00. My credit history sucks because I filed my own divorce and my name is still on my x-husbands mortgage which he always pays late or delinquent. I have paid his loan up and we are making arrangements for automatic withdrawl so credit score will improve for both parties and I can move. Time is short what do you guys recommend?? Under the gun..     Why are you having to deal with some access acceptance ( never heard of them) if you have to clear up a debt with SWB, you write SWB a check.
