    Damage to my property
    The front door of my flat has been damaged. I believe it was my tenant but I can't prove it, who is responsible for the repair to the door which has been kicked in.

    Do you have in the rent agreement that she is responsible for ANY damages?
    IF so she is responsible and then she can go after who did it to repay her if she knows.
    Often a tenant will claim they don't know if it is something anybody from the street could have done.
