    Can Owner hold him to 4 year rental Lease?
    I have a couple that lives in my building wanting to break a 4 year rental lease. The couple renewed the lease over a year ago and want out as they can rent the same type of unit for $200 less. Is a 4 year lease really legal in the state of Florida?
