    Renting a foreclosure?
    Is there a website I can go to for information about the house I'm renting. My landlord has not mentioned anything, but we keep getting mail from people offering to purchase the house.

    Depends on the stage of foreclosure. I get mail all the time about buying my house too... bought the place 3 months ago and am not even close to missing a payment. Its USPS Spam.

    If the house has been foreclosed it may be listed in your local MLS. Check with a local RE agent. They should be able to tell you. You could also ask the owner. Try asking in a context that you are interested in buying. That might gain you additional information./
