Last bit of fat. Plus, creatine headache?
I am a 20yr old female and I have been trying to get into shape for a little while now. I have never really been overweight by a lot - the most I've ever weighed is 120lbs (I'm about 5'4) - but it wasn't muscle. Now, I am a lot more muscular but I still have a little bit of love handle-ness left on my body. I HATE it so much. I don't want it there and it seems as if it's not going away.

I exercise six days a week and when I say exercise I mean that I: cardio for at least 25min/day (run, bike, etc) if I have the time during that day I'll do more, lift weights for all muscle groups and work my abs out. Underneath my thin layer of fat I can feel (and in some areas even see) my ab muscles but I just can't get the thin layer off! I eat a decent diet: oatmeal or eggs for breakfast and then another 4-5 small meals the rest of the day. I make sure to get enough fiber, protein and other essentials. Does anyone have any ideas to help me get rid of the last bit of fat on my abdominal/hip area?

Thanks! - and if I left anything out that you want/need to know, just ask! -

Also... my boyfriend goes to the gym and works out with me and he's recently started to take creatine (he's always worked out and taken it before) but he said this time it is giving him really bad headaches and I was curious if anyone knows why it's doing that and/or how to make it stop?

For you, maybe other ab work outs. I don't remember all of the things I used to do, but a while back I took this dance class for a few weeks and the teacher would have us do all these things that worked our abs. I was in really good shape by the end of that class :)

For him, is he drinking enough water? Working out plus taking creatine means it is especially important he stays hydrated.
