    Ceiling fan trouble
We have 2 identical hampton bay windward II fans installed, recently, my husband laid down on the remote and now one does not work, is there a reset switch? Or, do we need to take the fan back to the Home Depot?

No reset but there are dip switches in both the handheld and the receiever in the canopy, they must match. It is also possible he cracked the circuit board and it needs replacement. You can contact HB via this post https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/electr...ons-46738.html

I agree, check the dip switches first. But these fans are very prone to problems.
