Short some where
I have a 1998 Chrysler Sebring JXI convertible. The battery light on the dashboard came on last week the car stopped. However, it started back. I took it to O'Reilly's and had the battery and alternator check. They said both were good. The car kept running until today, battery light again and it stopped on the highway. However, it started up again after I sat there for a few minutes. The lights come on in the car and outside and the key chain fob worked well to lock the car. And I turned the ignition and I could sense that the battery was trying to charging back up. I want to at least know what someone thinks the problem may be before I take it to a mechanic and here that the repair is $400 or $500. Any mechanic experts out there that can help me?
