How does my husband adopt my 8yr old son?
His father likes seeing him, but he doesn't want to deal w/me. He would like for us to have my husband adopt him. But I'm not sure how to go about doing that. I just need to be set in the right direction and I think I'll be fine. I already called and left a message for the Child Support Worker and summed it up for her. What do I do?

First your sons father needs to relinquish his rights, which it sounds like he is willing to do so, which makes it much easier.
