    My skin is expanding
    Dear All,

    Greetings for the day!

    I don't know what's wrong.. I have alwz been fat,but these days I am finding myself obese.
    I eat right, exercise,drink lots of water.. But still its not helping.

    Basically my skin is expnding,n I can actully sense it, as each day I wake up I can see it.
    I am a young girl who is 23,and I am emberssed alwz because of this structure of m body.

    I am taking all the efforts but still its ot happening.
    Please help me to stop this expanding of my skin surface,specially towards tummy,breast,hips,etc.

    I use to get bad cycles, but now have evn regulatized that.Please help me with some non-sugicl method to reduce it.. Any partcular lotions or tablests which has no side effects.. Or any best way to stop this skin expansion.. I feel overweight and it evn affects my heart.. I am a young girl and want to make good name and money for my family support and me.. But because of my looks , evn I am emberaased in my office and not confdent.. N I am sick frm inside as well, as I get pain in ma chesr.. But nothg wrong its normal..

    The pain is that I am Overweight andcoz of that I get tired working at this young age..

    Please help me.

    I don't understand what you mean by "expanding."

    Are you eating lots of fruits and veggies? Drinking lots of water? Staying away from junk food and sodas? For exercise, take the longest way around -- park in the farthest side of a lot, walk up stairs instead of taking an elevator or escalator, have a regular walking program and gradually increase the distance.
