Getting boyfriend out of apartment
If me and my boyfriend live together and both of our names is on the lease but he's not willing to pay his part of rent by law the landlord and myself would like to know how can we remove his name off the lease or just remove him from the property and start a new lease just with my name

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread. If the landlord is willing, have him go through the eviction process and evict your boyfriend. He can then tear up the current lease and have you sign a new one. |
