    Are you wanting to design a web page from scratch? Or, are you open to using any of the free web hosting services that are available on the Internet that already have have the layouts of the web pages available to those who'd like to use them?

    First you will need a website editor. This is simple to use.

    Got to Free Web Templates or Open Source Web Development to download free and great looking templates.
