    Vistiation rights
    I have a two month old son, and his father left me before he was born. He said he's going to take me to court for vistation. What visitation rights does he have right now?

    Right now he basically has whatever visitation rights you allow him. After he goes to court he will have whatever visitation rights the judge orders.
