    Bsaement water leake
I have water coming out from edge of basement wall & basement floor. Water comes out if there is rain but it comes on floor after day or two.

We have checked the inside pipes under the basement cement also. Any advice is appreciated.

If you've checked and there are no pressure or drainage leaks then what you have is ground water percolating down from above and entering your basement. You have options here. A sump pump and pit or a french drain, (see image). I lean towards a french drain because that keeps the water and humidity out of your house. Do you wish to more about either one. Let me know, n Tom

Do you have a sump pump pit and/or a curtain drain around your foundation? This type of problem is often made worse by lack or gutters or downspouts too close to the foundation. Regrading the slope away from the home can help too.
