Ok, so I have read up on some of the threads on this topic, but can't seem to find the answer. I have the attached faucet on the outside of the house. When the hose is connected, there is water leaking out of the anti-siphon (at least I think that is what it is - the grey thing on the top). I tried removing this, and I can't it is stuck on there. Either way I twist it, it just moves the gray cap and whatever is underneath is stuck.
I also thought that maybe I should just replace the whole thing. I tried removing the handle but the screw in the middle is stuck. No matter how hard I try, it won't budge. So I can't get the thing off to take a look at it. I tried WD40 hoping that would loosen it, but no avail.
