    Shoplifted 12$ worth of merchandise
    I am 16 I need to know the charges for stealing 12$ worth of merchandise when you're a minor will I get probation and how much do you think my fine will be?

    In my county fines for first time shoplifting offense is around $250. Fine. You also have to take classes.
