Wiring from old ruum tstat to hunter tstat
First pic is my old tstat - I believe it is a heat pump.
(note that orange wire and gray wires are not used, E and W2 are jumped)
Second pic is the new tstat's wiring explanation. Hunter Model 44860.
So I wired the wires as such:
Old->New
G->G
R->Rc/R
B->B
Y->Y1
W2->W2, jumped with E
X->C
O and L are not used on both new and old.
Y2 is now used on the new tstat.
Now, I turn it on and no matter what mode it is (heat/cool/auto) it seems like only the heater is turned on. What did I do wrong?

Check the installation instructions for any reference to an "R"-"Rc" jumper. Disconnect and insulate the black wire and the orange wire. They were previously unused and should remain that way. If possible, post a better pic of the new wire connections (they are a little cut off in the current pic).

R/Rc is 1 connector, there is also RH connector, but I'm sure it isn't used for heat pump system.
BTW, RH connector is not connected now;
