    Floria real estate laws concerning rights for no lease agreements
    An agreement between domestic partner and I of 16 years that I was to reside in my home that I had sold to him over 5 years ago and have been in home for 22 years and know he wants to evict me what are my rights as we never had a written agreement

    If he owns the home, his right to evict you is the same as if you were any tenant - 30 days notice and legal eviction.
