More info on ducted heating not staying alight
The brand of the ducted heating in the roof is braemar the model number is sch100r.
The switch inside our house that we set the temperature on it is called white rodgers.
We light the ducted heating pilot light in the roof, when the flame comes we then turn the ducted heating on to 30 degrees inside the house to keep the ducted heating set. The pilot light does not stay alight though it goes out after about a hour or if you alter the temperature of the switch in the house.
