How do I change the head in my Ford F250 diesel?
My 1999 Ford f250 diesel will not start this morning. It ran fine yesterday but after plugging in to warm the oil and charging the battery it still will not start. Any hints. This is the first time I have had any trouble starting this truck.
I own a 1995 F250 with a 5.8 Liter V8. The check engine light is coming on intermittently. I performed a self test to read the memory codes and am getting a 72. I believe this is related to the map sensor. The truck runs fine and all gauges are normal. My question is do the map sensors go bad...
My 1997 Ford F250 Turbo diesel will not shart in cold weather unless it is plugged in. I was told it needed glow plugs;replacing them is "easy" they said! Well I got them and can't figure out how to change them. Any advice or clues or directions would be appreciated. Thanks, GAye
