Something going on in my head
I think it's just extreme stress caused by breaking up with my boyfriend, but since then I've been having weird dreams and terrible thoughts and such. It started with morbid dreams that disturbed me more than frightened me. Like I had a dream someone was killed slowly and I had to watch. Then I started to hate myself and thought about hurting myself, maybe even killing myself, like once I was driving and I thought about driving into something to hurt myself or kill myself. Then my mind would do something that's hard to explain, but I would feel like my head was growing while my body is shrinking, until I can't even feel my body anymore, and all I could see in my head was a little black dot. People have noticed I was acting different, more mellow and blank. What was all that?
Note: I don't feel that way anymore. I just want to know what it was.
Nowadays, I still get dizzy sensations and headaches... I also tend to get angry. Last time I got mad, I punched my clock multiple times until it broke. My knuckles hurt for a couple days.

I'd seek counseling or therapy if I was you. At the very least you have someone to talk to about these things and they might be able to teach you a better way to deal with your anger. Because I can't imagine breaking your clock made you happier. I mean, I know breaking things can be a release but breaking your clock couldn't have solved what you were angry over (unless it was one of those loud annoying ticking clocks and that's what you were angry over lol), plus now I bet you need a new clock.

The way you explain it, I am pretty sure it was depression, I should know, I am a Psychologist. But you also have some symptoms of other mental disorders, like Bipolar and Anxiety. If these feelings come back or you would like a better answer, I am available at the web site Allexperts, it is a questions and answers web site, and I have a profile at: Sarina M - Dealing with Depression - Mental Health - Health/Fitness - AllExperts.com I would love to help you or any one else with depression or other mental distress or disorders.

    Sincerely,
