What to do if Plaintiff did not respond to Interoggatories and Request for Production
I filed with the courts "Interoggatories and Request for Production of Documents". I sent a copy to Mann Bracken, LLP, claiming to be "attorneys for Plaintiff, HSBC". It's been over 30 days since I mailed a certified copy with return receipt. They still haven't responded. What do I do next? Should I file a "Motion to Compel"? Then if they still do not respond, do I file a "Motion to Dismiss"?

Am I on the right track?

If they are pass the deadline to response, file Motion to Compel Discovery in the Court and a copy to Them, Your should also request a hearing on the Motion to Compel Discovery. If they fail to comply, File Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice.
