    Looking for note holders
    Hello everybody, I am a new member, looking for Note holders of Real Estate,Mobil homes,Trust Deeds etc. I need advice on the best way to find them. Thanks

    I am in the state of Virginia, however I am looking for Notes nationwide.

    There is neither a State nor a National database of this information - as it's not public info.

    Thanks Rickj for your reply, my end goal is to purchase these notes from FSBO's and other note holders who may not want a monthly payment and would rather have a lump sum of CASH for other ventures.
