    Teenager taking percaset too long?
    Hi my name is DAR... my questionhs is... my nephew is 17 and 6 ft 4 inches and thin, broke his collar bone was given percasets, then three weeks later had his tonsils out was also given percasets (liquid roxiset) and I am worried about the length of time he has been on this and him taking it, he is very thin and very pastey looking and I am worried about this, the doctors perscribed this and my concern is the length of time he is being on it its been like 5 weeks straight now, how is this going to effect him, can he be addicted?

    Im not a Dr but My wife had neck surgery a few years ago and she was on percocet. Her Dr was basically giving her 60 a week This went one for about 3 months. After the Dr took her off she was fine. She is much shorter then your nephew and she was 21 at the time. No withdrawal or anything like that. I am sure there are RN's on here who could give you more insight. But that is my experience.

Hi, my best friend lets her 5month old daughter fall asleep at 6pm and doesn't wake her up to eat until 5am, she how thinks it is OK to allow her to sleep that long without feeding her in between those hours. My question is how long is too long for a 5month to sleep without eating?
