    Marital assets
    My wife is being sued for a credit card debt. My wife has no income. If a judgement is entered against her, and my name is not on the account, can my assets be used to sastify that judgement?

Marital assets, child support lien? [ 2 Answers ]

In the state of Indiana; if a man marries a woman, who prior to their marriage owned a home, and the now husband fell way behind on his child support (children of a prior marriage), could the courts put a lien on her home? I assume the home is in her name only. Kind of tricky wording.
