    Marital assets, child support lien?
    In the state of Indiana; if a man marries a woman, who prior to their marriage owned a home, and the now husband fell way behind on his child support (children of a prior marriage), could the courts put a lien on her home? I assume the home is in her name only.
    Kind of tricky wording.

    No, as long as the home is not in his name, ( and if it was he did not just take his name off to "hide" it.) Now of course in our state they can lose their drivers license and even end up in county jail.
