    Forclose over late fees?
    Can my H.O.A. evict or foreclose on my fully owned/paid for condo for not paying my or assessment fees?

    Nahhhh. But, HOA's and their hitler like boards of directors, don't often times listen to reason OR follow the rules... They really want to let you know how much POWER they have...
