    Documents to discharge student loans >10 years
    Can anyone provide me with a set of documents (I can provide email to sent to) to apply to the court to discharge student loans over 10 years that were not discharged by bankruptcy- was shy jyst a few months!! Of all things

    OR is someone out there providing services or help to do this.. CHEAPLY.. remember the reason I want to get rid of these is because I can't pay them

    Any help would be appreciated.. desperate in Ontario

    First no they may not do that, since even asking for off board contact is against the rules.

    Next we don't practice law here, even the attorneys who are here.
