    Resurface Fiberglass Tub/Shower 1-piece shell
Hi! I'm reading this long after you asked the question, but I was wondering what you ended up doing..

I had a similar problem with a shower pan at a place we owned in CA. Before selling, I fixed it via the use of a paint which I think I found at Home Depot; this would have been in 2000 or 2001. It was a thick paint which went on well, dried well, and seemed to do the trick, giving a smooth, complete surface. I believe that it was an epoxy paint; it was intended for exactly this sort of thing, and it was much cheaper than replacing the pan, which would have gotten me into removing track/door, etc. and may have ended up in more extensive remodeling than what I desired, at the time.

I didn't have years of use of it, but there were no problems with flaking, etc. which I observed during the rest of the time I was there.
