    Social Security Refund.
    I lived in the U.S. for may years and I was deported. I paid taxes and I want to know if I can get back all the money I paid into my Social Security?
    I appreciate your help. Thank you.

    No, it is gone and no refund will be forthcoming.

    However, if you worked and paid Social Security taxes for ten years, you will probably qualify for benefits (assuming Social Seciurity does not go bankrupt and the system is not radically reformed to restrict benefits).
